Olly Dyson

With Over 18 years of coaching experience and an extensive playing background, including 6 years in the professional game, Olly is ready to help dedicated players reach their potential.

A Sports Management graduate from Nottinghamshire, England, Olly has coached and trained across the U.S. and England and specializes in detailed technical development.

Every session with Olly and On Track Soccer is carefully designed to put the players development at the forefront. Olly is fully committed to helping every player go as far as they can in their soccer journey.

Ian Anderson

Originally from Newcastle in England. Ian played at a number of clubs at youth, college and senior level before starting coaching in the USA in 2009.

As well as qualifications in fitness and performance nutrition Ian also holds a UEFA B License and has worked with several clubs and organizations in the UK and US.

Ian has worked with athletes at all levels to develop the physical qualities and habits needed to grow into confident, resilient players.

As a dad of two young athletes, Ian has a clear focus on each player’s individual development on and off the field.
